Do I need to be home during the service

There’s no need for you to be home during our visit. As long as we have access to your yard, we can efficiently complete the service. For your convenience, we’ll send a text notification when we’re on our way, ensuring you’re always informed of our arrival.

What Happens If There’s Bad Weather On My Service Day?

The safety of you, your pets, and our team is our top priority. Our team works in most weather conditions. In extreme cases, If severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or lightning, make it unsafe to perform our services, we will reschedule for the following day.

How do you handle the disposal of dog waste

After we scoop up the waste, we double-bag it securely and place it in your trash can, ensuring it's ready for proper disposal. If you have a designated spot for disposal, perhaps a specific location or container, just let us know, and we'll ensure everything is handled exactly as you prefer.
